LeavenworthDirectory, a division of Brown Holdings LLC Group has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. Every web site says that, but we do mean it! Our right to privacy is important to us and we assume that your right to the same is no less important to you.  The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website:

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site.  Your website address is provided to us in the statistics that we collect, however we do not ever knowingly provide your IP address to any other entity, nor do we save this information after viewing to ascertain from where our traffic originates.

2. To stop an attack on our servers;

3. To prevent or stop the invasion of our visitors' privacy;

Leavenworth Directory does not use cookie technology at this time.  We do not leave cookies on your computer; we do not collect data from or attempt to access your computer.

Our questionnaire form for Business Listings in the directory requires users to give us contact information (such as their name and email address) and company Information (if applicable). Users will not be willfully contacted outside the scope of the web services project for which they submit information unless the user  indicates that they wish to be contacted outside of the scope of the web services project.  

In the future, Leavenworth Directory may develop a newsletter for our clients and those people visiting the site who opt to receive the newsletter.  We may send one announcement to our current clients to inform them of the start of such a newsletter or other new services which we implement in the future, but we will not send continual email or newsletters to anyone who does not actually submit a "subscribe" type message or other similar request.

However, LeavenworthDirectory WILL disclose any private or other information we receive or obtain about any individual, group or entity who attempts unauthorized or inappropriate access to our site or our property, defaces or attempts to deface our property, copies or uses our copyright material or frames our site without permission. 

This site contains links to other sites. LeavenworthDirectory is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.  We encourage you to exercise your rights to privacy and carefully review sites' privacy statements before downloading anything from the site or signing up for subscriptions, prizes or other types of systems where you are required to give personal information.

From time to time our site may use an order form submitted by a customers requesting information from us about our products, and services.  We collect visitor's contact information (such as their email address). Contact information from the order form is used to send requested information about our company to our customers. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings simply by making a request to us or returning any email and asking that we not contact your again.Under no circumstances will LeavenworthDirectory either sell or intentional give to any third parties, company or personal information submitted to us except as outlined above.

Except as described above,  LeavenworthDirectory will not willfully disclose any individually identifiable information about its users to any third party without first receiving that user's permission. 

LeavenworthDirectory may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or to protect our rights or property
